Lightfin Studios is looking for a talented, energetic senior visual designer who can bring their creative ideas and passion to the design process. The senior designer will be responsible for supporting the art director, managing projects from conception to completion and mentoring the junior staff. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and excel in time management. The senior designer is often the point of contact with clients and therefore must have solid presentation and organizational skills. Good communication skills are also essential to this position, the senior designer must be able to articulate design concepts to clients and development staff alike. A good understanding of internet technology and usability best practices is a must. The candidate must also be versed in Flash animation techniques for use in small home page animations up to full product or corporate demonstrations. Strong print design experience or 3D rendering skills are a plus.

Experience/Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in web site and multimedia design, print experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of internet technology, usability best practices and overall website and application architecture design
- Strong communication, presentation, time management and mentoring skills
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating the said job requirements
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash required – Quark and any 3D rendering experience a plus
